FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR DEVELOPMENT AND CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW <br />EXHIBIT DESIGN FOR THE NAVAL SHIPYARD MUSEUM. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of One Hundred Eight Thousand and <br />00/100 ($108,000.)
