AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 33 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA, 1988, BY AMENDING SECTION 33-91 THEREOF, <br />PERTAINING TO CERTAIN SUBDIVISION FEES. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That Section 33-91 of the Code of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, 1988, be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 33-91. Fees. <br /> <br /> The following fees shall be paid to the city treasurer <br />upon the filing of an application under this chapter. No <br />application shall be considered complete unless accompanied <br />a receipt showing payment of the applicable fee. <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />(a) Plat (subdivision or condominium)- <br /> <br />(1) Minor - Fifty dollars ($50.00) per application. <br />(2) Major - Preliminary - Ten dollars ($10.00) per <br /> dwelling unit with a minimum fee of one hundred <br /> dollars ($100.00); for land zoned commercial or <br /> industrial $25.00 Der lot with a minimum fee <br /> of one hundred dollars ($100.00). <br />(3) Ma3or - Final - Ten dollars ($10.00) per <br /> dwelling unit with a minimum fee of o~e hundred <br /> dollars ($100.00); for land zoned commercial <br /> or industrial, twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per <br /> lot with a minimum fee of one hundred dollars <br /> ($100.00). <br /> <br />(b) Subdivision variance <br /> application; <br /> <br />Fifty dollars ($50.00) per <br /> <br />(c) Plat vacation - Fifty dollars ($50.00) per <br /> application; <br /> <br />(d) Modification, resubdiv~sions, relocation of lot <br /> lines - Fifty dollars ($50.00) per'application; <br /> <br /> (e) Modification without new lots or new improvements - <br />_ Fifty dollars ($50.00) per application. <br /> <br /> <br />
