AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $47,400.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A K-9 KENNEL FACILITY FOR <br />THE PORTSMOUTH POLICE DEPARTMENT. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Forty Seven Thousand, Four Hundred <br />and 00/100 ($47,400.00) Dollars be, and the same hereby is, <br />appropriated from the Capital Improvement Fund for <br />construction of a K-9 kennel facility for the Portsmouth <br />Police Department. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held October 23, 1990. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
