AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $20,000.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT AND <br />IMPROVEMENTS IN THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Twenty Thousand and 00/100 <br />($20,000.00) Dollars be, and the same hereby is, appropriated <br />from the Capital Improvement Fund for playground equipment <br />replacement and improvements in the City of Portsmouth. <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held October 23, 1990. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
