AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 12 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />PORTSMOUTH, 1988, BY AMENDING SECTION 12-16 THEREOF, <br />PERTAINING TO THE BORROWING OF FUNDS. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That Section 12-16 of the Code of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, 1988, be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 12-16. Same - Accompanying certificate. <br /> <br /> The certificate hereinafter set forth shall accompany <br />each note for the borrowing of funds issued pursuant to <br />section 12-15 above.
