AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $33,600. FROM THE 1989-90 CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR THE REMOVAL OF ASBESTOS INSULATION IN THE <br />PORTSMOUTH NAVAL MUSEUM, MAIN LIBRARY AT COURT STREET, THE <br />CEDAR LANE, HODGES FERRY AND CRADOCK FIRE STATIONS, AND THE <br />PUBLIC WORKS FIELD OPERATIONS CENTER. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Thirty-Three Thousand, Six Hundred <br />and 00/100 ($33,600.)
