(2) <br /> <br />The exception request is not based upon conditions or <br />circumstances that are self-created or self-imposed, <br />nor does the request arise from conditions or <br />circumstances either permitted or non-conforming that <br />are related to adjacent parcels; <br /> <br />(3) The exception request is the minimum necessary to <br /> afford relief; <br /> <br />(4) The exception request will be in harmony with the <br /> purpose and intent of this Chapter, and not injurious <br /> to the neighborhood or otherwise detrimental to the <br /> public welfare; and <br /> <br />(5) <br /> <br />Reasonable and appropriate conditions are imposed which <br />will prevent the exception request from causing a <br />degradation of water quality. <br /> <br />Section 9.1-15. Enforcement <br /> <br />Any person who violates any of the provisions of this Chapter, <br />upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than ten dollars <br />($10.00), nor more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00). <br />Each day's continuance of such violation shall constitute a <br />separate offense. <br /> <br /> 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect on September 1, <br />1990. <br /> <br /> 3.
