ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT Z-90-6 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia; <br /> <br /> 1. That a portion of the Zoning Map attached to and <br />made a part of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, 1988, which now zones as Residential R-75-K <br />(Conditional), the property described in Petition for Zoning <br />Amendment ~o. Z-90-6 is hereby amended and changed so as to <br />amend the cbnditions contained in Ordinance No. 1989-73 <br />pertaining to Parcel 5 as described therein, and that said <br />property shall be shown on said map zoned as Residential <br />R-75-K (Conditional). <br /> <br /> 2. Zoning Ordinance Amendment Z-90-6 is conditioned <br />upon the following: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />The hardwood preserve areas in Parcel 5, <br />excluding proposed fill areas as shown <br />on Exhibit 1 of Petition for Zoning Amendment <br />No. Z-90-6, which is attached hereto and made a <br />part hereof, shall remain undisturbed so as to <br />provide a vegetative buffer between adjacent <br />land uses. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />The expanded conservation area on Parcel 6 as <br />shown on the above-referenced Exhibit 1 to <br />Petition for Zoning Amendment Z-90-6 shall <br />remain undisturbediafter grading operations to <br />permit natural growth to become re-established. <br /> <br /> 3. Except as noted above, the conditions contained in <br />Ordinance No. 1989-73 applicable to Parcel 5 shall apply and <br />continue to remain in full force and effect as to Parcel 5. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia at a meeting held May 22, 1990. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
