NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City <br />of Portsmouth, Virginia, that the City of Portsmouth is <br />sincerely grateful to Mr. Maury Wise Cooke and Mr. Robert <br />Malcolm Fortson, III for their assistance in the "City of the <br />Future Initiative" and that a copy of the resolution be spread <br />upon the minutes of this council, and that a copy be presented <br />to these gentlemen in recognition of the gratitude of the City <br />of Portsmouth and its citizens. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held December 11, 1990. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
