UP-91-20 <br /> <br />Beginning at a point on the south right-of-way <br />of Elm Avenue 975'+ southeasterly from its <br />intersection with t~e east right-of-way of <br />George Washington Highway and thence southerly <br />100' to establish the true point of beginning; <br />thence southerly 475' to a point; thence <br />westerly 160.56'; thence southerly 521.92'; <br />thence east 218.58'; thence north 521.92'; <br />thence west 19.91'; thence north 447.78' to <br />the south right-of-way of the Norfolk & <br />Portsmouth Belt Line Railroad; thence west 30' <br />to the true point of beginning. <br /> <br />That the use permit is approved subject to the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Paint manufacturing will not commence on the <br />site until the operator secures the appropriate <br />permit or approval from the Virginia Department <br />of Air Pollution Control. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />The building shall be provided with a fully <br />operational sprinkler system to be approved by <br />the Fire Department and shall conform to the <br />requirements of the High Hazard (H) Use Group <br />contained in the Virginia Uniform Statewide <br />Fire Prevention Code and the Virginia Uniform <br />Statewide Building Code. <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />Quantities of hazardous materials stored on <br />site shall not exceed the maximum listed in <br />Table 306.2.1 of the BOCA National Building <br />Cod~/1987 Edition. <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />No manufacturing of paint or storage of any <br />paint ingredients except in sealed, wind and <br />water tight containers shall take place outside <br />an enclosed building. <br /> <br />(e) <br /> <br />The applicant and any operator of the facility <br />shall comply with all applicable codes, <br />ordinances, and regulations of local, state, <br />and federal governments and shall obtain and <br />maintain all necessary licenses and permits. <br /> <br /> <br />
