UP-91-19 <br /> <br />Beginning at the southeast intersection of <br />Portsmouth Boulevard and Grand Street; thence <br />east along the south right-of-way of <br />Portsmouth Boulevard 120'; thence south <br />170.69' to a point; thence west 120' to the <br />east right-of-way of Grand Street; thence <br />north along said right-of-way 171.79' to the <br />south right-of-way of Portsmouth Boulevard, <br />the point of beginning. <br /> <br />That the use permit is approved subject to the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />The facility must be constructed in accordance <br />with the landscape plan as shown on Exhibit A, <br />attached hereto and made a part hereof, and the <br />floor foundation and elevation plans on file in <br />the office of the Planning Department. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />The City Engineer may waive or phase parking <br />lot improvements as provided in Section 32-271 <br />of the city code. <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />In addition to the landscaping buffers, shown <br />on Exhibit A, the landscaping and buffering <br />requirements of Section 40-71.2 of the City <br />code, may be modified along the southern <br />property line to consist solely of the <br />installation of a six foot, wooden privacy <br />fence. <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />A parking agreement must be provided for all <br />off-site parking:spaces in accordance with <br />Section 40-45.4 ~f the city code. <br /> <br />(e) <br /> <br />Meetings shall nou be held in both buildings at <br />3019 and 3027 Portsmouth Boulevard at the same <br />time. <br /> <br />(f) <br /> <br />The applicant shall comply with all applicable <br />codes, ordinances, and regulations of federal, <br />state and local governments and shall obtain <br />all required licenses and permits. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held November 26, 1991. <br /> <br />reste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
