UP-91-14 Beginning at the northeast intersection of London Boulevard and Green Street; thence east along the north right-of-way of London Boulevard 120.11'; thence north 111.16'; thence east 91'; thence north 26'; thence east 5'; thence north 103.29' to the south right-of-way of Glasgow Street; thence west along said right-of-way 234.44' to the east right-of-way of Green Street; thence south along said right-of-way 240.88' to 5ondon Boulevard, the point of origin. 3. That the use permit is approved subject to the following conditions: (a) No more than 120 children shall occupy the child day care facility. (b) Indoor hours of operation shall be limited to the hours of 6:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Outdoor play hours shall be limited to the hours of 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. (c) No more than 30 children shall occupy the outdoor play area at the same time. (d) The site layout plan and any improvements visible from public streets shall also be subject to approval by the Downtown Design Committee. (e) The applicant and any successors shall comply with all applicable regulations and permitting requirements of the appropriate governmental agencies. (f) Prior to occupancy, and at least once a year thereafter, the facility shall be inspected by the City's Fire Prevention Bureau, Public Health Department and Building Official. (g) Unless otherwise noted above, the center shall be developed and operated in accordance with the site plan dated September 24, 1991, labeled Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof. (h) That the Tidewater Child Care Association and any successor in interest shall comply at all times with all applicable codes, ordinances, and regulations of federal, state, and local governments and shall obtain and maintain all necessary licenses and permits.
