(12) <br /> <br />(13) <br /> <br />(14) <br /> <br />(15) <br /> <br />(16) <br /> <br />(17) <br /> <br />(18) <br /> <br />(19) <br /> <br />(20) <br /> <br />(21) <br /> <br />(22) <br /> <br />Limited to lodges, fraternal and social organizations, provided that no such <br />establishment shall be operated primarily for gain. <br /> <br />Marinas limited to harbor or boat basin facilities for docking and launching <br />private pleasure craft that may include the sale of fuel and incidental <br />supplies and services for the boat owners, crews and guests. <br /> <br />Limited to utility transformer stations; transmission lines and towers; <br />telephone exchanges; water treatment storage and pumping facilities; and <br />sewerage treatment plants and pumping stations. Service or storage yards <br />are prohibited. <br /> <br />Reserved. <br /> <br />Limited to apothecaries operated as a retail use within a building, the <br />prima,~r use of which is for a hospital, clinic, or physician's office, <br />provided, that said apothecary shall sell only drugs, prescription medicines <br />(both ethical and proprietary), medicinal supplies and appliances and <br />pharmaceutical products; and provided further, that no more than fifty (50) <br />percent of the ground floor area of such building shall be used for such <br />apothecary. <br /> <br />Limited to barber, beauty and other personal services conducted within the <br />principal building, but only by a person residing in the principal building. <br /> <br />Limited to accessory dwelling units which are incidental to any permitted <br />residential use, such as servants' quarters, provided that none shall be <br />rented or occupied for gain, or inhabited by other than the family or <br />employees of the owner, ',essee or tenant of the premises; provided that <br />none to be used for living quarters shall be constructed upon a lot until <br />construction of the principal building has commenced, <br /> <br />Limited to accessory retail uses such as eating places, gift shops, variety <br />stores, or soda bars conducted solely for the convenience of the employees, <br />patients, patrons, or visitors on the premises, wholly within the principal <br />building and without exterior advertising display. <br /> <br />Family care residences as defined in Section 40-22 are permitted in any <br />residential district or sub-district. <br /> <br />Limited to incidental keeping of nontransien~ boarders or lodgers by a <br />resident family, provided not more than fifty (50) percent of the total floor <br />area in each dwelling used for living purposes is devoted to such <br />occupancy. <br /> <br />Limited to offices for doctors, lawyers, dentists, architects and engineers, <br />conducted within the principal building by a person resident in the <br />building, provided that not more than one person not a resident of the <br />premises is employed and to other offices operated as an incidental home <br />occupation where no contact is made with the general public; provided that <br />not more than twenty-five (25) percent of the total floor area in any <br />dwelling unit is devoted to such occupancy. <br /> <br />46 <br /> <br /> <br />
