1991-107 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE rO APPROPRIATE $45,000.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND AND $15,000.00 FROM THE PUBLIC UTILITY <br />CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FUND TO DEFRAY ~HE ANTICIPATED <br />EXPENDITURES NECESSARY ~O ISSUE GENERAL OBLIGATION PUBLIC <br />IMPROVEMENT BONDS AND GENERAL OBLIGATION PUBLIC UTILITY BONDS. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Forty-five Thousand and 00/100 <br />($45,000.00) Dollars be, and the same hereby is, appropriated <br />from the Capital Improvements Fund, and that the sum of <br />Fifteen Thousand and 00/100 ($15,000.00) Dollars be, and the <br />same hereby is, appropriated from the Public Utility Capital <br />Improvements Fund to defray the anticipated expenditures <br />necessary to issue General Obligation Public Improvement Bonds <br />and General Obligation Public Utility Bonds. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held December 10, 1991. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
