(c) Notwithstanding any other provision of this section <br />or any other section of this Code, no penalty shall be imposed <br />for a violation of this Code or other ordinance of the city <br />which is greater than the penalty prescribed by the general <br />law of the commonwealth for a like offense. <br /> <br /> (d) Each day any violation of this Code or any other <br />ordinance, rule or regulation of the city shall continue shall <br />constitute a separate offense, except where otherwise <br />provided. <br /> <br /> 2.
