(f) Absences by Exempt Employees Who Have No Accumulated Leave <br /> <br />To the extent required by the Fair Labor Standards Act and <br />the regulations promulgated pursuant to that Act, and <br />further to the extent authorized by state law, employees who <br />are exempt from the overtime provisions of that Act shall <br />not receive deductions from their compensation for periods <br />of absence from work of less than one day, if such employees <br />have no accumulated leave applicable to such absence, except <br />in cases of disciplinary action.
