AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $75,000.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR THE DESIGN OF A NEW FIRE STATION FOR THE <br />PORTSMOUTH FIRE DEPARTMENT. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Seventy-Five Thousand and 00/100 <br />($75,000.00) Dollars be, and the same hereby is, appropriated <br />from the Capital Improvements Fund for the design of a new <br />three-company fire station in Churchland. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held March 26, 1991. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
