AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $200,000.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR THE COST OF CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS <br />REQUIRED FOR A PROPOSED LEASE OF CITY OWNED PROPERTY ON WYTHE <br />STREET TO BE KNOWN AS SOUTH HARBOR PAVILION. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the CoUncil of the City of PortsmoUth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Two Hundred Thousand and 00/100 <br />($200,000.00) Dollars be, and the same hereby is, appropriated <br />from the Capital Improvements Fund for the cost of capital <br />improvements required for a proposed lease of City owned <br />property on Wythe Street to be known as South Harbor Pavilion. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of PortsmoUth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held March 26, 1991. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
