a) <br /> <br />The city engineer concurs with the certified <br />statement and calculations of the developer's <br />registered professional engineer or licensed <br />(3B) land surveyor that no hazard or danger <br />would result from continuing the present <br />method, rate and quantity of storm water <br />discharge and if paved in its entirety with <br />nonporous bituminous concrete pavement; and <br /> <br />b) If no addition to the parking area and roof <br /> area is performed. <br /> <br /> (b) Where the city engineer considers a danger or hazard <br />to exist, the developer shall, prior to building occupancy, <br />eliminate or minimize his site's contribution to the problem <br />to the satisfaction of the city engineer. Where an addition <br />to the parking lot or roof top area will result in additional <br />storm water runoff, drainage and/or site modifications shall <br />be performed by the developer as approved by the city <br />engineer. <br /> <br />Section 32-274. Waiver, modification of requirements. <br /> <br /> The city engineer may waive or modify any of the <br />requirements of Sections 32-271 through 32-273 in order to <br />ensure site compliance with the provisions of Chapter 9.1 <br />(Chesapeake Bay Preservation Area Overlay District <br />Ordinance) of this Code. <br /> <br /> 2.
