ARTICLE XII. FEES <br /> <br />Sec. 40-151. Fees. <br /> <br /> The following fees shall be paid upon the filing of an application under this <br />Chapter. No application shall be considered complete unless accompanied by the <br />proper fee: <br /> <br />(a) REZONING -- $200 per application; <br /> <br />(b) GROUP HOUSING PROJECT -- $20 per dwelling in the proposed project; <br /> $200 minimum per application. <br /> <br />(c) USE PERMIT -- $100 per application for non-profit organizations; $200 per. <br /> application for all others. <br /> <br />(d) EXCAVATION USE PERMIT -- $200 per application; <br /> <br />(e) <br /> <br />(f) <br /> <br />(g) <br /> <br />SIGN USE PERMIT OR CERTIFICATE -- $30 per sign; <br /> <br />SITE PLAN (Plan of Development) Review -- $50 plus $5 for each dwelling, <br />mobile home or 1000 square feet of commercial or industrial space in the <br />proposed project. Resubmitted site plans -- $50; <br /> <br />EXTENSION -- $50 per application for any extension of a deadline or <br />phasing schedule for a permit or approval granted under this Chapter. <br /> <br />(h) VARIANCE OR SPECIAL EXCEPTION -- $50 per application <br /> <br />(i) <br /> <br />PARKING SPECIAL EXCEPTION BY PLANNING COMMISSION -- $100 per <br />application. <br /> <br /> Where multiple applications are involved or where one application involves multiple <br />review, the fees shall be cumulative.
