ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-92-4 BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: 1. That a portion of the zoning map attached to and made a part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance, which now zones as Residential RS-75 the property described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-92-4, is hereby amended and changed so as to show said property zoned as Office Residential OR-75-K Conditional, and that said property is hereby zoned as Office Residential OR~75-K Conditional. 2. That the property affected by this ordinance is described as follows: Z-92-4 Beginning at the northeast intersection of Portsmouth Boulevard and Bob White Street; thence northerly along the east right-of-way of Bob White Street 257'+ to a point; thence southeasterly 70.52' to a point; thence southerly 185' to the north right-of-way line of Portsmouth Boulevard; thence westerly along said right-of-way 145'~ to Bob White Street, the point of beginning. 3. That the Zoning Amendment Ordinance Z-92-4 is conditional upon the following as proffered by the owner: Professional offices, single-family residences and related accessory uses will be the only permitted uses of the property. be Any office construction will be in general accordance with the elevation drawings, identified as Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof. Any office building will be limited to one story in height. No vehicular access to the site will be allowed from Portsmouth Boulevard. de The lower edge of any sign on the site and not exempt from the requirements of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance will be no more than eighteen (18) inches from the ground. Landscaping will be installed in accordance with Exhibits B and C, attached hereto and made a part hereof, and the landscaping requirements of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance in effect at the time of installation.
