ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-92-4 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That a portion of the zoning map attached to and <br />made a part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance, which <br />now zones as Residential RS-75 the property described in <br />Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-92-4, is hereby amended <br />and changed so as to show said property zoned as Office <br />Residential OR-75-K Conditional, and that said property is <br />hereby zoned as Office Residential OR~75-K Conditional. <br /> <br /> 2. That the property affected by this ordinance is <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Z-92-4 <br /> <br />Beginning at the northeast intersection of <br />Portsmouth Boulevard and Bob White Street; thence <br />northerly along the east right-of-way of Bob White <br />Street 257'+ to a point; thence southeasterly 70.52' <br />to a point; thence southerly 185' to the north <br />right-of-way line of Portsmouth Boulevard; thence <br />westerly along said right-of-way 145'~ to Bob White <br />Street, the point of beginning. <br /> <br /> 3. That the Zoning Amendment Ordinance Z-92-4 is <br />conditional upon the following as proffered by the owner: <br /> <br />Professional offices, single-family residences and <br />related accessory uses will be the only permitted <br />uses of the property. <br /> <br />be <br /> <br />Any office construction will be in general <br />accordance with the elevation drawings, identified <br />as Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part <br />hereof. Any office building will be limited to <br />one story in height. <br /> <br />No vehicular access to the site will be allowed from <br />Portsmouth Boulevard. <br /> <br />de <br /> <br />The lower edge of any sign on the site and not <br />exempt from the requirements of the City of <br />Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance will be no more than <br />eighteen (18) inches from the ground. <br /> <br />Landscaping will be installed in accordance with <br />Exhibits B and C, attached hereto and made a part <br />hereof, and the landscaping requirements of the City <br />of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance in effect at the time <br />of installation. <br /> <br /> <br />
