1992-8 <br /> <br />ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-91.11 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That a portion of the zoning map attached to and . <br />made a part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which <br />now zones as Downtown D-2-I (Industrial), the property <br />described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-91-11, is <br />hereby amended and changed so as to show said property zoned <br />as Downtown D-2-M (Mixed), and that said property is hereby <br />zoned as Downtown D-2-M (Mixed). <br /> <br /> 2. The property affected by this ordinance is described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Z-91-11 <br /> <br />Beginning at the northeast intersection of London <br />Boulevard and Peninsula Avenue; thence <br />southeasterly along the north right-of-way of <br />London Boulevard 477.32' to a point; thence north <br />along a side property line 95.25' to a point; <br />thence east 371.23' to a point; thence north 24' to <br />the south property line of Oak Grove Cemetery; <br />thence westerly along said property line a distance <br />of 825.52' to the east right-of-way of Peninsula <br />Avenue, the point of beginning. <br /> <br /> 3.
