1992-92 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $150,000.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED BY THE AMERICANS <br />WITH DISABILITIES ACT OF 1990. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand and <br />00/100 ($150,000.00) Dollars be, and the same hereby is, <br />appropriated from the Capital Improvements Fund to construct <br />wheelchair ramps and make other improvements to city owned <br />buildings and facilities as required by the Americans With <br />Disabilities Act of 1990. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held December 8, 1992. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
