1992-86 <br /> <br />ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-92-13 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That a portion of the zoning map attached to and <br />made a part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance, which <br />now zones as Reszdential RM-60 the properties described in <br />Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-92-t3 is hereby amended <br />and changed so as to show sai~ properties zoned as Commercial <br />C-1-K Conditional, and that said properties are hereby zoned <br />as Commercial C-1-K Conditional. <br /> <br /> 2. The properties affected by this ordinance are <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Z-92-13 <br /> <br />Beginning at the northeast intersection of Rodman <br />Avenue and Columbia Street; thence north along the <br />east right-of-way of Rodman Avenue to the south <br />right-of-way of County Street; thence east along the <br />south right-of-way of County Street 60' to a point; <br />thence south 108.5' to a point; thence east 60' to a <br />point; thence south 108.5' to the north right-of-way <br />line of Columbia Street; thence west along said <br />right-of-way 120' to Rodman Avenue, the point of <br />beginning. Also, beginning at the northeast <br />intersection of Rodman Avenue and County Street; <br />thence north along the east right-of-way of Rodman <br />Avenue 108.5' to a point; thence east 60' to a <br />point; thence south 108.5' to the north right-of-way <br />line of County Street; thence west along said <br />right-of-way 60' to Rodman Avenue, the point of <br />beginning. <br /> <br /> 3. Zoning Amendment Ordinance Z-92-13 is conditional <br />upon the following as proffered bv the owners: <br /> <br /> Signage on the properties shall be limited only <br />to that signage permitted in Residential <br />Multi-family (RM) zoning districts, except that wall <br />and window signs shall be permitted after issuance <br />of a Certificate of Compliance by the Zoning <br />Administrator. <br /> <br /> <br />
