1992-86 ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-92-13 BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: 1. That a portion of the zoning map attached to and made a part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance, which now zones as Reszdential RM-60 the properties described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-92-t3 is hereby amended and changed so as to show sai~ properties zoned as Commercial C-1-K Conditional, and that said properties are hereby zoned as Commercial C-1-K Conditional. 2. The properties affected by this ordinance are described as follows: Z-92-13 Beginning at the northeast intersection of Rodman Avenue and Columbia Street; thence north along the east right-of-way of Rodman Avenue to the south right-of-way of County Street; thence east along the south right-of-way of County Street 60' to a point; thence south 108.5' to a point; thence east 60' to a point; thence south 108.5' to the north right-of-way line of Columbia Street; thence west along said right-of-way 120' to Rodman Avenue, the point of beginning. Also, beginning at the northeast intersection of Rodman Avenue and County Street; thence north along the east right-of-way of Rodman Avenue 108.5' to a point; thence east 60' to a point; thence south 108.5' to the north right-of-way line of County Street; thence west along said right-of-way 60' to Rodman Avenue, the point of beginning. 3. Zoning Amendment Ordinance Z-92-13 is conditional upon the following as proffered bv the owners: Signage on the properties shall be limited only to that signage permitted in Residential Multi-family (RM) zoning districts, except that wall and window signs shall be permitted after issuance of a Certificate of Compliance by the Zoning Administrator.
