Charges for automated refuse containers. <br /> <br /> The automated refuse containers issued by the City are <br />the property of the City. The property owner or person paying <br />the collection charge is responsible for the care of the <br />container and shall purchase another container from an <br />authorized vendor designated by the City if for any reason the <br />container is unavailable for use or unusable. <br /> <br /> 4.
