That Section 7-133(4) of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, 1988, be amended to read as follows: Section 7-133. Same - Electrical permits and inspections. (4) a. Changes of service (old): For Single Phase Service. Fees for changes of service (pay for change of service and any additional circuits added or worked on) are $7.50 per 50 amperes for single ~hase. (b) For the replacement, repair or alteration of mechanical systems or equipment, storage tanks for flammable liquids or gases, or fire suppression systems, in existing buildings or structures, or the removal of storage tanks, the fee shall be at the rate of five-tenths of one (1) percent of the value of all service, labor, materials and equipment; provided, however, that the minimum fee shall be fifteen dollars ($15.00). (e) For amusement ride inspections, the fee shall be ten dollars ($10.00) for kiddie rides, twenty dollars ($20.00) for major rides, and forty dollars ($40.00) for spectacular rides.
