That Section 7-133(4) of the Code of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, 1988, be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 7-133. Same - Electrical permits and inspections. <br /> <br />(4) a. <br /> <br />Changes of service (old): For Single Phase <br />Service. Fees for changes of service (pay for <br />change of service and any additional circuits <br />added or worked on) are $7.50 per 50 amperes for <br />single ~hase. For circuit fee, see additions or <br />repairs schedule below. <br /> <br />Changes of service (old): For Three (3) Phase <br />Service. Fees for changes of service are Sl0.00 <br />per 50 amperes for the first 1,000 amperes and <br />S5.00 per 50 amperes for the remaining amperes <br />after 1,000. <br /> <br /> 10. That Section 7-134(b)(6) and (7) of the Code of the <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia, 1988, be amended to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Section 7-134. Same - Plumbing permits and inspections. <br /> <br />(b) (6) For each water heater ......... $3.00 <br /> <br />(7) <br /> <br />For replacement of water <br />heaters ....................... 3.00 <br /> <br /> 11. That Section 7-135(b) and (e) of the Code of the City <br />of Portsmouth, Virginia, 1988, be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 7-135. Same - Mechanical permits and inspections. <br /> <br /> (b) For the replacement, repair or alteration of <br />mechanical systems or equipment, storage tanks for flammable <br />liquids or gases, or fire suppression systems, in existing <br />buildings or structures, or the removal of storage tanks, the <br />fee shall be at the rate of five-tenths of one (1) percent of <br />the value of all service, labor, materials and equipment; <br />provided, however, that the minimum fee shall be fifteen dollars <br />($15.00). <br /> <br /> (e) For amusement ride inspections, the fee shall be ten <br />dollars ($10.00) for kiddie rides, twenty dollars ($20.00) for <br />major rides, and forty dollars ($40.00) for spectacular rides. <br />This fee shall be collected for each ride inspected.
