1992-62 <br /> <br />ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-92-7 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That a portion of the zoning map attached to and <br />made a part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance, which <br />now zones as Residential RS-150 the property described in <br />Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-92-7, is hereby amended <br />and changed so as to show said property zoned as Residential <br />RS-100-K Conditional, and that said property is hereby zoned <br />as Residential RS-100-K Conditional. <br /> <br /> 2. The property affected by this ordinance is described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Z-92-7 <br /> <br />Beginning at the northeast intersection of West <br />Norfolk Road and Wild Duck Lane (a 30 foot <br />easement), said point being 375' west from the <br />projected west right-of-way line of Goose Bay <br />Drive; thence westerly along the north right-of-way <br />of West Norfolk Road 711' to a point; thence <br />northeasterly 81.08' to the south right-of-way of <br />property belonging to CSX Transportation Company, <br />Inc.; thence easterly along said right-of-way <br />791.70' to the east right-of-way of a 30 foot <br />easement known as Wild Duck Lane; thence <br />southwesterly along said easement 162.03' to West <br />Norfolk Road, the point of beginning. <br /> <br /> 3. Zoning Amendment Ordinance Z-92-7 is conditional <br />upon the following conditions as proffered by the owner: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Building materials will be compatible with adjacent <br />structures and shall contain, at a minimum, a brick <br />veneer front facade. <br /> <br />(b) The minimum living area of each dwelling area shall <br /> consist of twelve hundred (1,200) square feet, <br /> exclusive of the garage. <br /> <br /> 4. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of <br />its adoption ....~ <br /> <br /> <br />
