AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 5 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA, 1988, BY AMENDING SECTION 5-61 THEREOF, <br />PERTAINING TO PENALTIES FOR BICYCLE ORDINANCE VIOLATIONS. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: ~. <br /> <br /> 1. That Section 5-61 of the Code of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 5-61. <br /> <br />Violations of article. <br /> <br /> Unless otherwise specifically provided, a violation of <br />any provision of this article shall constitute a traffic <br />infraction punishable by a fine of not more than two hundred <br />dollars ($200.00). <br /> <br /> 2.
