Operation of the facility <br />shall, in addition, be consistent with the <br />definition of "Recycling Plant" contained in <br />the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />No storage, receiving, shipping, loading or <br />unloading of materials shall take place in the <br />front yard, front entrances, or In areas <br />visible from High Street. <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />The dismantling of motor vehicles, and the <br />retail sales of motor vehicles and motor <br />vehicles parts or accessories are prohibited on <br />this property. <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />Prior to the issuance of a certificate of <br />occupancy, the applicant shall comply with all <br />requirements of a site plan approved by the <br />City of Portsmouth and showing compliance with <br />applicable city codes. <br /> <br />(e) <br /> <br />The applicant shall comply with all applicable <br />codes, ordinances and regulations of federal, <br />state and local governments and shall obtain <br />and maintain in effect all required licenses <br />and permits. <br /> <br /> <br />
