UP-91-21 <br /> <br />Beginning at the northeast intersection of <br />London Boulevard and Peninsula Avenue; thence <br />southeasterly along the north right-of-way of <br />London Boulevard 477.32' to a point; thence <br />north along a side property line 95.25' to a <br />point; thence east 371.23' to a point; thence <br />north 24' to the south property line of Oak <br />Grove Cemetery; thence westerly along said <br />property line a distance of 825.52' to the <br />east right-of-way of Peninsula Avenue, to the <br />point of beginning. <br /> <br />3.
