Adopted <br />Virginia, at <br /> <br />UP-92-18 <br /> <br />Beginning on the ncrth right-of-way line of <br />Crawford Parkway a distance of 115' more or less <br />from the east right-of-way line of Swimming Point <br />Walk; thence running easterly along the north <br />right-of-way of Crawford Parkway a distance of <br />980' more or less to a point; thence in a <br />southeasterly direction a distance of 254.38'; <br />thence northeasterly 621.17' to a point in the <br />Southern Branch of the Elizabeth River; thence <br />northerly 20' more or less to a point in said <br />river; thence southwesterly 10' to a point; <br />thence running northwesterly a distance of 1,115' <br />more or less to a point in the body of water <br />known as Craford Bay; thence southwesterly a <br />distance of 1,210' more or less to a point; <br />thence southerly 210' to the north right-of-way <br />line of Crawford Parkway, the point of beginning. <br /> <br />That the use permit is approved subject to the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />The proposed club facility must be renovated <br />in accordance with the elevation shown in <br />Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part <br />hereof. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />The applicant must provide a minimum of <br />thirteen (13) parking spaces, on or off <br />site. <br /> <br />(c) If the club facility at anytime becomes <br /> non-taxable, this use permit shall expire. <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />The applicant or any successors in interest <br />shall comply with all applicable codes, <br />ordinances, and regulations of federal, <br />state, and local governments and shall <br />obtain and maintain all necessary licenses <br />and permits. <br /> <br />by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />a meeting held November 10, 1992. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
