UP-92-15 <br /> <br />Beginning at a point on the east side of Victory <br />Boulevard 250' south from its intersection with <br />the south right-of-way of Greenwood Drive; <br />thence easterly along a side lot line 191.41' to <br />a point; thence southeasterly 100.51' to a <br />point; thence westerly 228.11' to the east <br />right-of-way line of Victory Boulevard; thence <br />northerly along said right-of-way 100.40' to the <br />point of beginning. <br /> <br /> 3.
