UP-92-10 <br /> <br />Beginning on the south right-of-way of Elliott <br />Avenue 135'+ west from its intersection with <br />the west rig~t-of-way of Deep Creek Boulevard; <br />thence southeasterly 222.59' to a point; <br /> <br />thence west 97.55' to a point; thence <br />northwesterly 196.52' to the south <br />right-of-way of Elliott Avenue; thence <br /> <br />northeasterly along said right-of-way 94' to <br /> <br />the point beginning. <br /> <br />That the use permit is approved subject to the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) No more than fifty (50) children shall be <br /> enrolled in the child care facility. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />Indoor hours of operation shall be limited to <br />the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Outdoor <br />play hours shall be limited to the hours of <br />10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />No more than thirty-three (33) children shall <br />occupy the front outdoor play area, and no more <br />than twenty (20) shall occupy the rear outdoor <br />play area at any time. <br /> <br />Prior to occupancy, all exterior and interior <br />improvements shall be installed in accordance <br />with the applicant's submitted plans and with <br />her letter dated May 21, 1992, identified as <br />Exhibits A, B and C, and made a part hereof. <br />During occupancy, all interior and exterior <br />improvements shall be maintained in accordance <br />with the above-referenced plans and letter. <br /> <br />(e) <br /> <br />(f) <br /> <br />Prior to occupancy, and at least once a year <br />thereafter, the facility shall be inspected by <br />the City's Fire Prevention Bureau, Public <br />Health Department and Building Official. <br /> <br />The applicant or any successors in interest <br />shall comply with all applicable codes, <br />ordinances, and regulations of federal, state, <br />and local governments and shall obtain and <br />maintain all necessary licenses and permits. <br /> <br /> <br />
