UP-92-6 Beginning on the northeast intersection of Green and Queen Streets; thence north alon~ the east right-of-way line of Green Street 230' to the south right-of-way of London Boulevard; thence east along said right-of-way 125'+ to a point; thence south 115' to a point; thence east 80' to a point; thence south 115' to the north right-of-way line of Queen Street; thence west along said right-of-way 200' to Green Street, the point of beginning. 3. That this use permit is approved subject to the following conditions: (a) The residential care facility shall be limited to fifty-two (52) persons each over sixty-two (62) years of age and their spouses. Ten (10) percent of the residents with age-related disabilities may be under sixty-two (62) years of age. (b) The facility, including parking, street access, privacy fencing, landscaping, building extensions and recreational areas, shall be developed and maintained by the applicant and the operator should they be different persons or entities in accordance with the attached layout site plan, identified as Exhibit A and made a part hereof. (c) The applicant and the operator should they be different persons or entities shall comply with all applicable codes, ordinances and regulations of federal, state and local governments and shall Obtain all necessary licenses and permits. (d) The applicant and the operator should they be different persons or entities shall install and maintain in good working condition a fire suppression system, to be approved by the Fire Department. (e] The facility shall be inspected annually by the City Fire Department, the City Health Department and the State Fire Marshal. (f) If the subject property becomes non-taxable at any time after conveyance to the applicant, this use permit shall expire.
