UP-92-8 <br /> <br />Beginning at the southwest intersection of High <br />Street, West and Tyre Neck Road and thence <br />running westerly along the south right-of-way of <br />High Street, West 545'+ and thence turning and <br />running southerly 229.~6' and thence westerly <br />99.45' to establish the true poi~ of beginning; <br />thence southerly 203'+ to the corporate city <br />limits; thence westerly along said boundary <br />123'+ to a point; thence northerly 157'+ to a <br />point; thence easterly 123' to the true-point of <br />beginning. <br /> <br /> 3. That this use permit is approved subject to the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />The kennel shall be constructed in accordance <br />with the attached floor and site plans, <br />identified as Exhibits 1 and 2, and made a <br />part hereof. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />An appropriate Best Management Practice (BMP), <br />approved by the City Engineer will be <br />implemented and maintained by the applicant as <br />required by Chapter 9.1 of the City Code. <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />The applicant must submit a site plan for <br />approval by the city engineer and planning <br />director to dispose of waste water and other <br />kennel waste and run off and the property for <br />which the use permit is issued must be hooked <br />up to and utilize the city sewage system as <br />indicated on said site plan. <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />The applicant will comply with all applicable <br />codes, ordinances and regulations of federal, <br />state and city governments and shall obtain <br />all necessary licenses and permits. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held June 23, 1992. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
