UP-92-7 <br /> <br />Beginning at the southwest intersection of <br />Airline Boulevard and Elmhurst Lane; thence <br />easterly along the south right-of-way of Airline <br />Boulevard 268.41' to a point; thence southerly <br />140' to a point; thence westerly~55' to the <br />east right-of-way of Elmhurst Lane; thence <br />northerly along said right-of-way 134.01' to <br />Airline Boulevard, the point of beginning. <br /> <br /> 3. That this use permit is approved subject to the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Landscaping meeting the requirements of <br />Landscaping Groups 5 or 6 as set out in <br />Section 40-73 of the City of Portsmouth Zoning <br />Ordinance shall be provided and maintained in <br />the existing grassy areas shown on the site <br />layout plan. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />Any area of the site disturbed by removal of <br />the gas tanks shall be repaved in accord with <br />plans approved by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />Adequate parking spaces shall be provided and <br />delineated with stripes to accommodate <br />customer and employee vehicles. <br /> <br />(d) No more than seventy-five (75) vehicles shall <br /> be displayed at any one time. <br /> <br />(e) <br /> <br />Servicing of automokiles shall be limited to <br />cleaning and minor repairs, excluding engine <br />and drivetrain repairs, body work and <br />painting, except for repairs conducted in an <br />enclosed garage. <br /> <br />(f) Ail signs and banners shall comply with the <br /> terms of the City of Portsmouth Zoning <br /> Ordinance. <br /> <br />(g) Only operable and fully assembled vehicles <br /> shall be parked on the lot. <br /> <br />(h) <br /> <br />The applicant shall comply with all applicable <br />codes, ordinances and regulations of federal, <br />state and local governments and shall obtain <br />all necessary licenses and permits. <br /> <br /> <br />
