UP-92-5 Beginning on the northwest intersection of Airline Boulevard and Arlington Place; thence northwesterly 225'+ along the northern right-of-way of Arlington Place ~ the south right-of-way line of Brighton Street; thence east 295'+ along said right-of-way to the western rTght-of-way of Airline Boulevard; thence south along said right-of-way 25'~ to a point; thence turning southwesterly along said right-of-way and running 190'~ to the north right-of-way line of Arlington Place, the point of beginning. 3. That this use permit is approved subject to the following conditions: a) The enrollment shall not exceed one child per each two hundred (200) square feet of outside play area or one child per each thirty-five (35) square feet of inside play area, whichever enrollment would be less. b) The applicant shall fully enclose the outdoor play area with a wooden privacy fence at least six (6) feet in height. c) Ail outdoor operations shall be condacted between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. (d) A minimum of provided for facility. six (6) parking spaces shall be the sole use of the day care (e) The applicant shall submit a revised site layout plan complying with Conditions (a) through (d) above. The written approval of the revised site layout plan by the owner of the property must also be submitted. (f) The facility shall be inspected annually by the City Fire Department, the City Health Department and the State Fire Marshal. (g) The applicant shall comply with all applicable codes, ordinances and regulations of federal, state and local governments and shall obtain al/ necessary licenses and permits.
