UP-93-11 <br /> <br />Beginning on the south side of Greenwood Drive <br />approximately 614 feet east from its <br />intersection with the east right-of-way line of <br />Bluegill Avenue; thence east along the south <br />right-of-way line of Greenwood Drive 120 feet to <br />a point; thence south 202 feet to a point; <br />thence west 120 feet to a point; thence north <br />202 feet to the south right-of-way line of <br />Greenwood Drive, the point of origin. <br /> <br /> 3. That this use permit ts approved subject to the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) The use permit is issued to Tender Years, <br /> Inc., and shall not be transferable. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />The facility shall be inspected annually by the <br />City Fire Department, the Health Department, and <br />the State Fire Marshall. <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />The facility will be limited to a total of five <br />residents who shall be fifty-five (55) years of <br />age, or older. <br /> <br />(d) A minimum of three (3) off-street parking <br /> spaces shall be provided. <br /> <br />(e) <br /> <br />The applicant shall comply with all applicable <br />codes, ordinances and regulations of federal, <br />state and local governments and shall obtain <br />all necessary licenses and permits. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held on October 26, 1993. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
