- UP-93-10 <br /> <br /> Beginning on the east right-of-way line of Elmhurst <br />Lane a distance of 417.67 feet southeasterly from its <br />intersection with the south right-of-way line of the <br />Seaboard Coast Line Railroad; thence easterly 391.56 feet <br />to the eastern terminus of Rowley Street (a paper street); <br />thence southeasterly 369.11 feet to the east right-of-way <br />line of Elmhurst Lane; thence northwest along said <br />right-of-way 549.52 feet to the point of origin. <br /> <br /> 3. That the use permit is approved subject to the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) The use permit shall be issued to Regional <br /> Hospital Services and is not transferable. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />The use permit shall be limited to treatment of <br />regulated hospital waste (red bag) only. No <br />other materials shall be treated. <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />Ail applicable federal, state and local codes <br />and licensing requirements shall be met, and <br />all required permits shall be obtained and <br />maintained. <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />Ingress and egress for the proposed facility <br />shall be shared with the Shared Hospital <br />Services laundry facility. <br /> <br />(e) There shall be no outside storage. <br /> <br />(f) The building shall be a one-story brick front <br /> facade structure. <br /> <br />(g) <br /> <br />Ail landscaping shall be in accordance with the <br />landscaping requirements of the Zoning <br />Ordinance and the Tree Planting and Replacement <br />Ordinance.
