AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS NECESSARY FOR OPE~%TION OF
<br />THE CITY GOVERNMENT FOR AND DURING THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING

<br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth,
<br />Virginia:

<br /> Section 1. That the amounts hereinafter stated be, and
<br />the same hereby are, appropriated from the funds indicated and
<br />for the purposes specified in order no operate the City
<br />government for and during the fiscal year beginning July 1,
<br />1993 and ending June 30, 1994.
