AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $130,000.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR NECESSARY REPAIRS AT THE CIVIC CENTER. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of One Hundred Thirty Thousand and <br />00/100 ($130,000.00) Dollars be, and the same hereby is, <br />appropriated from the Capital Improvements Fund for necessary <br />repairs at the Civic Center basement. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held on October 26, 1993. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
