ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-93-13 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That a pprtion of the zoning map attached to and made a <br />part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance, which now zones <br />as Industrial M-1 the property described in Petition for Zoning <br />Amendment Number Z-93-13, is hereby amended and changed so as to <br />show said property zoned as Industrial M-2-K (Conditional)~ and <br />that said property is hereby zoned as Industrial M-2-K <br />(Conditional). <br /> <br /> 2. That the property affected by this ordinance is <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Z-93-13 <br /> <br />Beginning on the east right-of-way line of Elmhurst Lane <br />a distance of 417.67 feet southeasterly from its <br />intersection with the south right-of-way line of the <br />Seaboard Coast Line Railroad; thence easterly 391.56 <br />feet to the eastern terminus o~ Rowley Street (a paper <br />street); thence south-easterly 369.11 feet to the east <br />right-of-way line of Elmhurst Lane; thence northwest <br />along said right-of-way 549.52 feet to the point of <br />origin. <br /> <br /> 3. That Zoning _Amendment Ordinance Z-93-13 is <br />conditioned upon the following as proffered by the owner: <br /> <br />a. The following M-2 Industrial uses may not be <br />conducted on the property: Flea Markets, Railroad <br />equipment or Primary metal uses. <br /> <br /> 4.
