AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $500,000.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR ENGINEERING AND OTHER CAPITAL EXPENSES <br />RELATIVE TO THE OPERATION OF THE CRANEY ISLAND LANDFILL BY THE <br />CITY OF PORTSMOUTH. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Five Hundred Thousand and 00/100 <br />($500,000.00) Dollars be, and the same hereby is, appropriated <br />from the Capital Improvements Fund for engineering and other <br />capital expenses relative to the operation and/or closure plan <br />of the Craney Island Landfill by the City of Portsmouth. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held on September 14, 1993. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
