AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $2,158,438.00 FROM THE PUBLIC <br />UTILITY CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE <br />BROAD STREET ELEVATED WATER TANK. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Two Million, One Hundred Fifty-eight <br />Thousand Four Hundred Thirty-eight and 00/100 ($2,158,438.00) <br />Dollars be, and the same hereby is, appropriated from the <br />Public Utility Capital Improvements Fund for construction of <br />the Broad Street Elevated Water Tank. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held on July 13, 1993. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
