AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR COVER <br />L~NDFILL. <br /> <br />$303,125.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />MATERIAL FOR THE CRANEY ISLAND <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Three Hundred Three Thousand One <br />Hundred and Twenty-five and 00/100 (S303,125.00) Dollars be, <br />and the same hereby is, appropriated from the Capital <br />Improvements Fund for 50,000 cubic yards of cover material for <br />the Craney Island Landfill. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held May 25, 1993. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
