That Section 25-202 of the Code of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia (1988), be amended and reordained to <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 25-202. Fees-Established. <br /> <br /> The following fees shall be charged for the use of the <br />Armory: <br /> <br /> (1) For use by a nonprofit organization or private <br />individual: Five hundred dollars ($500.00) per day or any <br />fraction thereof. <br /> <br /> (2) For use by a commercial organization: Seven <br />hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) per day or any fraction <br />thereof. <br /> <br /> (3) As used herein, a "day" shall be defined as a <br />period of eight (8) hours beginning at the time the <br />permittee is granted access to the Armory.
