ORDINANCE <br /> <br />ZONING AMENDMENT OP~DINANCE Z-93-17 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that: <br /> <br /> 1. The poruion of the zoning map attached no and made $ <br />parn of nhe City of Portsmouth Zonzng Ordinance which now zones <br />as Office Residential, OR-75 and Residential Multi-Family, <br />RM-75, the properny described in Petition for Zoning Amendment <br />Number Z-93-17, is hereby amended and changed so as to show <br />said property zoned as Planned Office Park, POP-K <br />(Conditional), and that said property is hereby zoned as <br />Planned Office Park, POP-K (Conditional). <br /> <br /> 2. The propercy affected by uhis ordinance by being zoned <br />Planned Office Park, POP-K (Conditionalj, is described as <br />fcllows: <br /> <br />Z-93-17 <br /> <br /> Beginning at the nornheast intersecnion of <br />High Streem and Willett Drive; thence ease along <br />Ehe north right-of-way of High Street 250 feet Eo a <br />point; thence southeast 17.40 feet no a point; <br />thence east 713 feet more or less to a point; <br />thence northerly 12.32 feet to $ point; thence <br />easterly 51.32 feet to a point; thence northerly <br />230.77 feet to a point; thence northwesterly 50 <br />feet no a point; thence westerly 210.04 feet to a <br />point; thence northerly 280.63 feet no uhe east <br />right-of-way line of West Road; thence in a <br />westerly direction along the cul-de-sac of uhe <br />southern nerminus of West Road a distance of 87.04 <br />feet to the south right-of-way line of West Road; <br />thence wesc along said right-of-way 640 feet to the <br />ease right-of-way line of Willett Drive; thence <br />southerly along said right-of-way 413 feet more or <br />less Eo a point; thence continuing along said <br />right-of-way 42.43 feet co the north right-of-way <br />line of High Street, the point of beginning. <br /> <br /> 3. Zoning Amendment Ordinance Z-93-17 is conditioned <br />the following as proffered by the owner, Marl/view Medical <br />Center. <br /> <br />upon <br /> <br />Willett Drive between High Street and West Road will <br />be resurfaced and restriped by the City, and the <br />applicant shall pay the cosEs of such roadway <br />improvemenus up no a maximum of $25,000.00. The <br />applicanc shall pay said amount to the City prior to <br />issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for the <br />medical office building. <br /> <br /> <br />
