AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 40 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA (1988), BY AMENDING TABLE 40-43.1-2 <br />THEREOF, PERTAINING TO COMMERCE PARK CP ZONING DISTRICT USES. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of nhe City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginma: <br /> <br /> 1. That Table 40-43.1-2 of uhe Code of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia (1988), be amended and reordained to add <br />the following uses as permitted uses in a Commerce Park CP <br />zoning district, as shown on Exhibit A, annached hereto and <br />made a part hereof: <br /> <br />Tobacco products <br />Public warehousing and storage <br />Nonstore retailers <br />Medical equipmenu rental <br /> and leasing <br /> <br />(S.I.C. 21) <br />(S.I.C. 422) <br />(S.I.C. 596) <br /> <br />(S.I.C. 7352) <br /> <br /> 2. That Table 40-43.1-2 of the Code of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia (1988), be amended and reordained to add <br />the following uses in a Commerce Park CP zoning district upon <br />issuance of a use permit, as shown on Exhibit A: <br /> <br />Motor vehicles and motor <br />vehicle equipment {S.I.C. 371 <br />Water transportation of passengers(S.I.C. 448) <br />Transportation services (S.I.C. 47) <br />General merchandise store (S.I.C. 53) <br /> <br /> 3.
