AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 40 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA (1988) BY AMENDING TABLE 40-43.1 THEREOF, <br />PERTAINING TO CORRECTIONAL INSTITUTIONS. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That Table 40-43.1 of Chapter 40 of the Code of the <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia {1988) be amended and reordained <br />to permit, upon issuance of a use permit, correctional <br />institutions in Office Residential 0R-75, Planned Office Park <br />POP, Neighborhood Commercial C-l, General Commercial C-2, <br />Waterfront W-l, Commerce Park CP, Industrial M-l, Industrial <br />M-1-R and Industrial M-2 zoning districts, subject to Parking <br />Condition 40, as shown on Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a <br />part hereof. <br /> <br /> 2.
