ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-94-6 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That a portion of the Zoning Map attached no and <br />made a parn of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance, which <br />now zones as Residential RM-60-K (Conditional), the property <br />described in Petition for Zoning Amendment No. Z-94-6 is <br />hereby amended and changed so as to revise the conditions <br />contained in Ordinance No. 1985-40 pertaIning to parcel 4 as <br />described therein, and that said property shall be shown on <br />said map zoned as Residential RM-60-K (Conditional). <br /> <br /> 2. That the boundaries of parcel 4 as originally sen <br />out in Ordinance No. 1985-40 which shall be subject to the <br />conditions contained in Zoning Amendment Ordinance Z-94-6 are <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Z-94-6 <br /> <br /> Beginning au the southwest intersection of West <br />Norfolk Road and River Pointe Parkway; thence west <br />along the southern right-of-way line of West Norfolk <br />Road 250' more or less uc a point; thence continuing <br />southwesterly 450' more or less to a point; thence <br />southeasterly 140' more or less to a point; thence <br />southerly 230' more or less to the west right-of-way <br />line of River Pointe Drive; thence east along the <br />northern right-of-way line 475' more or less to <br />River Pointe Parkway; thence north along the wes5ern <br />right-of-way line of River Pointe Parkway 750' more <br />or less to West Norfolk Road, the point of or~g~n. <br /> <br />Ordinance <br /> <br />{d) <br /> <br />That Condition (d), as imposed on parcel 4 by <br />No. 1985-40, be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Parcel 4 shall be developed as "townhouse type <br />units" au a density not to exceed twelve (12) <br />dwelling units per acre. Parcel 4 may also be <br />developed as single family detached <br />condominiums. <br /> <br /> <br />
